Thin Section Four-point contact ball bearings

Thin section four-point contact ball bearings are lightweight precision bearings. They utilize a single row of steel balls with four-point contact in the raceway, enabling them to simultaneously withstand axial loads, radial loads, and overturning moments. Their thin-section structure and high-precision design ensure high load capacity while effectively reducing weight and installation space.

Thin Section Bearing Sealing Structure Design

The thin-walled design imposes extremely strict spatial constraints on the sealing components; therefore, the seals are ultra-thin structures, typically with a thickness of ≤1mm, and are divided into non-contact and contact types. Non-contact seals consist of a thin rubber lip and a metal frame, with no contact with the inner ring, resulting in low friction and suitability for high-speed applications. Contact seals use nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluororubber (FKM) for the sealing lip, which makes light contact with the inner ring, providing better dust and water resistance and suitability for harsh operating conditions.

LTZC uses high-grade bearing steels such as 42CrMo/50Mn and employs integral hardening + multi-point temperature-controlled induction hardening technology to ensure uniform raceway hardness and high wear resistance. This gives the four-point contact ball slewing bearing a long lifespan and high reliability.
