Thin Section Angular Contact Ball Bearing
Thin section Angular Contact Ball Bearing features
1. Angular contact structure: The raceway has a specific contact angle of 15°, 25°, 30° or 40°. The larger the contact angle, the stronger the axial load capacity.
2. When used in pairs (O-type, X-type, back-to-back configuration), it can greatly improve the positioning accuracy of the system.
3. Superior high-speed capability compared to most roller bearings: The lightweight steel ball rolling elements have low rolling resistance, and the reasonable contact angle design gives angular contact ball bearings excellent high-speed performance.
4. High precision bearing grades: Available in P5, P4, and P2 grades, with strict control over raceway roundness, roughness, and clearance, suitable for high-end equipment.
5. Applications: High-speed machine tool spindles, industrial robot joints, high-speed motors, precision medical equipment.

Thin section Angular Contact Ball Bearing Installation Methods:
Back-to-back mounting: The contact lines intersect at the axis outside the bearing. This mounting method can withstand bidirectional axial loads and offers good rigidity.
Face-to-face mounting: The contact lines intersect at the axis inside the bearing. It can withstand bidirectional axial loads and is suitable for applications requiring limitation of bidirectional axial displacement of the shaft.
Tandem mounting: This method can withstand large unidirectional axial loads and is used in situations with high axial forces.
Thin-walled angular contact ball bearings specification
Common types include constant cross-section thin-walled angular contact ball bearings, with specifications such as NKAA, NKA, NKB, NKC, NKD, NKF, and NKG. Different types have varying cross-sectional dimensions and ball sizes.
Angular Contact Ball Bearing advantage
1. High-rigidity structure supports the needs of high-precision equipment.
LTZC slim section angular contact ball bearings excel in double, triple, and quadruple configurations, and are particularly suitable for machine tool spindles, robot joints, and high-speed systems.
2. Optimized materials and heat treatment enhance lifespan and wear resistance.
Commonly used materials include high-carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15, as well as stainless steel 440C and 9Cr18, and multi-zone temperature-controlled quenching ensures uniform raceway hardness and high fatigue resistance.
3. Customizable sealing, dustproofing, and lubrication options are available.
High-performance bearing greases and contact/non-contact seals enable stable operation in complex environments.
4. Strict quality system ensures consistency and traceability.
Based on LTZC's comprehensive testing system (roundness testing, clearance testing, vibration testing, etc.), all angular contact ball bearings achieve high consistency and full-process traceability.
